Overview:
I've upgraded to roundcube-1.1.5, but it is failing, and restoring old roundcube is not working.
In addition, after upgradeing iredadp, I also get an error.

** Thank you in advance **

specifics:

emailing from roundcube gui times out. Yet from mailclient, it works.
- I checked roundcube mysql access, and had to change the password, because 1st error was "cannot connect to DB".
- I lost/overwrote config.inc.php so added plain test password there.

for iredadp, the logfile show:

I found iredmail and chose it to migrate to it from my old server (old failing OS X mac mini). The migration went without a hitch.

Question 1: When looking for awstats it does not look like it got installed and I was wondering if there is any documentation for getting it installed and integrated?

Question 2: Is there a way to configure iredadmin to be accessed from only trusted Ip's?

Question 3: (related to question 1) If I get the docs for getting awstats installed and configured is there a way to also limit the IP addresses that can access it?

Love this system because it just works.

Curious problem... I have a user that tried logging in as user instead of user@domain and it let them... but nothing else would basically work. I want to stop that from working at all since I've been pulling my hair out for a couple days trying to figure out what was wrong with her e-mail over IM.

Ideas? Thanks!

Hi,

I started having issues with my server on Monday... the server  is very slow during working hours and the services even if they show that they are running properly the email clients cannot connect to the server or if they are connecting they are  not getting updated... after restart everything is ok for about 5 min... Before I had no issues... Do you have any idea why do I have these problems?

Thx

Clean install of CentOS with GNOME; no other package options installed.

I did not do anything specific regarding yum repository authorizations. My understanding is that there is no longer a need to manually enable or disable repositories because the new iRedMail installer will enable its own repositories. Prior to the installation the only repositories in yum repolist all were CentOS reposltories. After the failed installation, the list includes the iRedMail repository and it is enabled.

The specific error is:

Error: Package: clamav-server-systemd-0.98.7-2.el7.centos.noarch (iRedMail)
           Requires: clamav-server = 0.98.7-2.el7.centos
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
<< ERROR >> Installation failed, please check the terminal output.
<< ERROR >> If you're not sure what the problem is, try to get help in iRedMail
<< ERROR >> forum: http://www.iredmail.org/forum/

--skip-broken produces the same results.

I am not aware of where to get an rpm package for iRedMail but I tried the following:

rpm iRedMail-0.9.5-1.tar.bz2 -Va --nofiles --nodigest

After a 1-second delay the prompt was displayed with no other output so I assume this failed.

The full terminal session is below.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Changing the default language for notifications through ManageSieve

$

Short Question:
I'm looking to change the default message body content that gets sent out by the ManageSieve filter for email notifications. Where can I find the dict (or template) that assembles the content of the ManageSieve notification email?

I currently have a sieve filter set up to send a notification email to a separate email address whenever an email is received on my server. The notifications are working exactly as they should. However, the notification email's message body only contains the bland language of:

"Notification of New Message"

I would love to be able to add instructions, or a friendlier message for users that is standard across all instances of this notification for all users. Where can I find that dict or template file as it is used in the default ManageSieve filter set?

Is it located as a file on my system (and where) or is the dict stored in a database?

Thank you for your time.

Hi I'm trying to install nextcloud with iRedmail but one of the steps requires pointing upstream php handler to php7.0-fpm.sock which is missing from the /var/run/php/ directory. If i try https://myip/nextcloud i get a 502 error.

I've found a similarly named file in /var/fun/php-fpm.socket and i tried pointing it to that however that gives me a 404 error

Any idea what i can do?

I have a need for one email account to respond to every email it receives.

I know about the vacation auto responder in roundcube, but it only responds to the first mail if the subject is the same.

The email account in question is receiving 3-4 mails at once from the same sender, each with the same subject. The auto response needs to send verification that it received all parts of the message. The sender's original message is being split up because of the large attachment size. A result of the sender not receiving an auto reply is that they send it again, and again, and again .... Get the picture.

Thanks

EDIT: It does not have to be a user setting, or even available from the web interface.
