So, I tried to login to Cluebringer to add some IP's that I wan't to get mails from. Because now the most of the mails is rejected with:
"Recipient address rejected: Greylisting in effect, please come back later;"

To access server Policyd anti-spam policy navigate to https://domain_name/cluebringer or https://server_IP/cluebringer/ and provide the following credentials.

That's a no GO for me...

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue in IredAdmin (free version).
When I add a new user in iRedAdmin, I setup an username like "Pepito Palotes" and an email account like pepito_palotes@domain.com

The problem is when I login to Roundcube it is shown only pepito_palotes@domain.com and not "Pepito Palotes <pepito_palotes@domain.com>".

And also when the user sends an email the From field is your email address, not "Pepito Palotes <pepito_palotes@domain.com>".

SOGo works well. The problem only occurs in Roundcube.

I would like to share this information to the community.
I have found a workaround to solve how add an image as an embebed image in Roundcube signature.

The trick is save the image like it were an emoticon, in the directory path_to_roundcube/program/js/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/image_name.gif

The image must be a .gif file.

Next you can setup an HTML signature in Roundcube using something like this:
<a href="http://www.domain.com"><img src="https://your_server_URL/mail/program/js/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/image_name.gif" alt="Image_Description" width="850" height="244" border="0" /></a>

Is it possible to give each domain their own IP address for both incoming and outgoing?  Outgoing is especially important so that one errant domain doesn't blacklist the whole server.  Incoming would mean that each domain would need their own SSL certificate.

System wide Blacklist changes do not get saved.
I've tried individually and as a whole, any changes revert back to the initial listings.

Hello, recently I installed iRedmail in a Ubuntu 14.04 LTS server, I'm using Sogo as webmail and MySQL as backend, I don't know why but after restart Sogo, in solo.log appear the next error;

Amavisd new won't compile - or obviously - start. This means, probably among other things,  that a desktop client can't send mail.

and these (in this instance) are the missing modules:

MIME::Head
MIME::Entity
MIME::Parser

The installed version of amavisd new is: 2.9.1-2.el6 from the @epel-6-x86_64 repo.

The recommended workaround described in the first of the two posts above, namely to comment this out in /etc/postfix/main.cf;

content_filter = smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024] 

then reload postfix does NOT work

A suggested solution (in #2 above I believe) is to remove perl-MIME-tools (version 5.427-4.el6 BTW) - which doesn't seem like a terribly good idea because:

It was also suggested in one of those quoted posts to report the issue to the epel repo folks. That is all well and fine, but glaciers move faster than repo (and package) maintainers. It does not provide a here-and-now solution.

I'm wondering why you picked SOGo over ownCloud, ownCloud offers many more services, runs entirely on PHP with a single CRON Job and allows custom plugins so you could even fit stuff like some per-user configuration options within a custom plugin, options like Greylist OptIn etc. Most importantly it can use IMAP Authentication so it's very plug and play. I'd be willing to write an ownCloud Integration guide for your Docs if you'd like as I'm gonna be removing SOGo and installing ownCloud, not only does it look much much nicer, its Database formatting is usable in 3rd party applications and to go along with it I'll install PHP-Push2 instead of the broken ActiveSync in SOGo.

I guess I'm asking for a quickfire guide to remove SOGo from stock install with iRed.

I can't access Rouncube from outside the local network, however from the local network everything is ok. Is that bug or feature or my mistake? I tried to stop iptables, it doesn't help, looked in the apache logs and haven't found anything except this

By default Roundcube changed pass to MD5, which is awful.
Here I'm upping that to SSHA512 for systems which support it using `doveadm pw` internals.

/usr/sbin/dovecotpw:[executable] (chmod +x)

The above is required as Dovecot 2 phased out the separate binary for dovecotpw, and instead ships it within doveadm. Roundcube Password plugin by default cannot accept `doveadm pw` or its full path so it has to be wrapped by the above.

The following lines have to be changed:
roundcube/plugins/password/config.inc.php:

I wasn't able to install agenda and calendar plugins in Roundcube. Both together doesn't work. When they run together, only carddav works. Calendar shows a blank page.
I did many tests but it was impossible.

Users prefer Roundcube over SOGo because Roundcube has more plugins and it has a more elegant visual aspect, but Roundcube doesn't have enterprise (colaborative) agenda nor calendar.
I installed SOGo to provide caldav and carddav services to Roundcube but I wasn't able to run both cardav nor caldav plugins together in Roundcube.
