Upgrading iRedMail to 0.9.2 - Where is iRedMail.crt^

Last year I installed iRedMail 0.8.7
Today I've upgraded it to 0.9.0, then to 0.9.1 and now I'm upgrading to 0.9.2

At http://www.iredmail.org/docs/upgrade.ir … he-setting I read this line:

cat /etc/ssl/dhparams.pem >> /etc/ssl/certs/iRedMail.crt

But I don't have the file /etc/ssl/certs/iRedMail.crt

Here's the list of files I have:

# find /etc/ssl | grep -i ired
/etc/ssl/certs/iRedMail_CA.pem
/etc/ssl/private/iRedMail.key

As you can see, I don't have iRedMail.crt ...
