Import messages file size limit config.

Hey guys,

I wanted to know what plugin or config should I use to edit the file size limits for the Import messages option as currently its only 10MB. This is on Roudncube interface. 

I have reviewed config.inc.pgp and defaults.inc.phg, however I was not able to find the setting as per some articles on the net.
